I don't like waiting for a return call to make a simple appointment...I would just like to make my appointment and be on my merry way. This is going to cause extreme anxiety...what if I miss the call? It is the end of the day on Friday and I need an appointment for Monday morning...I think the wait is going to make me ill. I lack patience today.
